Why We Feel Unmotivated All Day “Sometimes”

Based on my true feeling — I used to be motivated by all of my daily habits and activities. I wake up every day and already know what I’m going to do at first, second, and so on. But some bad days make me 100% unmotivated to do all these things. And I realize the patterns.

First,

I feel completely lazy when I do the same activities over and over until I forget why I do them. My mind thinks, “I feel too bored to do it. It doesn’t matter anymore.” However, in the first place, I know that the activities that I decided to do every day are good for my development in the long term. I just simply forgot the reason.

Second,

I have no day off to recover. Keep working like 24 hours a day. I still resonate with the first reason: no matter how strong your gut is to do all these things, motivation fades away sometimes. So, that’s great if you regularly practice something you truly care about. But remember, rest is recovery for mind and body, and as a reminder for the reasons why you want to continue doing those in the next day.

Third,

It’s probably because I don’t get satisfied with those activities. I evaluate that it does not give me any benefit daily for doing those. Maybe there’s another way to improve what I want to improve rather than the current way or habit that I use. So, I need to figure out what else I can do with a different approach.

Therefore, if you now feel what I’m feeling, perhaps you can relate to all these reasons.
